We worked with Greg on our past two transactions in South Lake Tahoe. First, he helped us buy a lot to build a new home. Then we worked with Greg to sell our most recent home. I can assure you that very few, if any, agents in the area are as knowledgeable about the market as Greg. I'm in the commercial real estate business and when it came time to work with a residential agent - Greg was an obvious choice. He's a true professional. His assistant Janet is also top-notch!
When we plan to buy or sell again we will most certainly work with Greg - and I think that statement is the best way for us to recommend him to prospective clients.

He was very responsive and patient in making time to show me multiple properties on many different visits and he worked hard to find properties that met my needs and expectations. He was careful and thoughtful in anticipating the negotiation process and had referral contacts able to provide advice and assistance with financing. Greg did an excellent job helping us find a 2nd home in the South Lake Tahoe area. He is an expert on this real estate market and his advice was critical for us when considering the pros/cons of various properties. We appreciated his honesty in assessing each home and he took time to understand our requirements and preferences as home buyers. He showed us properties consistent with those requirements which made the search process much more efficient for us. His advice on quality of construction, neighborhood, pricing, etc. was especially valuable for someone outside the Tahoe area. Greg's assistant Janet was also great in managing the closing process after we went into contract and she always responded to my inquiries the same day and followed up on actions. They are both professionals and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home in the Tahoe area.

Ian is by far, the best real state professional we have ever worked with. We clicked right away upon meeting him. He was very responsive to our needs without being pushy or too laid back. He sent us listings from the MLS through the internet. Even though we thought we weren't ready to buy, we set up a day to view several houses. House #5 spoke to us and we put in an offer right away
