Gregory's real estate journey began in 2002 as a real estate appraiser. Building on that foundation, he established his own successful Real Estate Appraisal Company, honing his expertise over 13 years. In 2006, he obtained his California Real Estate Brokers license and later acquired his Nevada Broker Salesperson license. Fuelled by a passion for luxury real estate, innovative architecture, and sustainable building practices, Gregory ventured into development, applying progressive techniques of his own.

Originally from Los Angeles, Gregory's path led him to Northern California after earning a football scholarship at California State University Sacramento, where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. During this time, his deep connection to Lake Tahoe took root, eventually leading him to make it his home in 2006.
