Beginning his career in 2002, he spent more than 13 years operating a successful appraisal company, valuing hundreds of properties throughout the Tahoe region. This experience gives him a rare analytical perspective on pricing strategy, valuation, and market trends.

He obtained his California Real Estate Broker’s License in 2006, followed by his Nevada Broker’s License, allowing him to represent clients on both sides of Lake Tahoe. In 2020, Greg founded Mountain Luxury Properties, which has grown into one of Lake Tahoe’s premier independent luxury brokerages with multiple offices serving the region.

Originally from Los Angeles, Greg moved to Northern California after receiving a football scholarship to California State University, Sacramento, where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. During this time he developed a deep connection to Lake Tahoe and ultimately made the area his permanent home in 2006.

Having sold and appraised hundreds of properties throughout Lake Tahoe, Greg offers clients a rare combination of valuation expertise, marketing strategy, and negotiation skill.
